Toboggan run Monte Cavallo in Vipiteno
Monte Cavallo is not only a great destination for skiers, but also for toboggan fans. The mountain offers a toboggan run of ten kilometres, the longest lit toboggan run in Italy, which is equipped with snow canons. On Tuesday and Friday, the run is open until midnight, the cable car goes from 7 to 10 p.m. and also the mountain huts are open, so that you do not have to return to the valley empty-bellied.

Off-piste at Monte Cavallo/Rosskopf, you find a veritable winter walking paradise, with perfectly maintained winter walking trails extending over six kilometres. Follow these idyllic trails and take in the unparalleled peace and beauty of the Dolomites, the Zillertaler and Stubai Alps. Highlight for early birds: On Tuesday and Friday, the first cable car goes as early as 7.20 a.m.
